The five year integrated law programme at IMS Unison University is designed to build strong legal foundations,
contextual understanding and professional confidence.
Students begin their journey with a solid grounding in either humanities or business studies, seamlessly
integrated with core legal education. This approach ensures graduates develop not just legal knowledge, but the
ability to interpret law within social, economic and commercial contexts.
Whether your interest lies in courtrooms, boardrooms, policy spaces or academia, the programme equips you with
the clarity, capability and confidence to progress.
Students develop broader perspectives through subjects drawn from humanities or management studies, such as political thought, sociology, economics, organisational behaviour and business environment. This grounding sharpens analytical thinking and prepares students to understand how law operates in real-world settings.
Across both pathways, students engage deeply with constitutional law, criminal law, contract law, corporate law, family law and procedural laws through structured classroom learning and case-based pedagogy.
Students learn under experienced legal academicians and practitioners who bring academic rigour, courtroom insight and contemporary relevance into the classroom. Faculty mentorship focuses on developing critical thinking, ethical judgement and professional discipline across both legal pathways.
A successful legal career requires more than subject knowledge. The programme integrates structured skill development to prepare students for diverse professional environments.
Legal Drafting and Documentation
From pleadings and conveyancing to contracts and compliance documentation, students build strong drafting capability aligned with litigation and corporate practice.
Advocacy, Argumentation and Presentation
Moot courts, case simulations and advocacy exercises help students develop clarity of thought, confidence of expression and persuasive skills.
Students strengthen research aptitude through legal research methods, project work and dissertation-based learning.
Training in legal language, negotiation, client communication and professional ethics prepares students for responsible legal practice.

The tuition fee covers classroom teaching, programme-aligned workshops and essential academic services. Additional charges include examination fees, assessments, library access, student welfare and medical insurance. Please note that the admission fee of Rs 1,000 is non-refundable and non-transferable.
