As a teacher at IMS Unison University, it is your role to engage with the students, foster curiosity and create a challenging and stimulating classroom environment that motivates them to learn, think independently, take risks, empathize with other and perform to the best of their abilities. Students are encouraged to take an active part in studies by challenging, debating and developing their viewpoint. Regular, constructive feedback between teacher and pupil, in all aspect, is the key of our success and enables each student to realize his/her true potential.

At the University we have number of departments and roles that work closely with our teaching staff and students. These include Examinations, Library, University Academic Cell etc. Significant terms of Catering and Domestic Staff also work across the University site. Other support departments are roles include Admission, IT, Maintenance, Human Resource, Finance, Marketing, Development, Events and Administration / Secretarial.

We have a huge variety of opportunities on offer and whilst some roles required a background in the education sector, many of our employees come from a commercial background, so whatever your previous experience, we could have the perfect job for you.
