Cookery Club

As a part of Pre-Lamhe 2018 event, practice session of University Cookery Club students was organized to train the students in the art of food plating and decoration to gear up for Master Chef Challenge to be held during Lamhe 2018. The club members learnt the preparation and plating of Ratatouille, Mango Mousse and Ragout with Herbed Rice at School of Hospitality Management.
