Entrepreneurship and Innovation as a Career Opportunity Workshop

The School of Management & Liberal Arts, under the aegis of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organized an insightful workshop on “Entrepreneurship and Innovation as a Career Opportunity.” The event served as a dynamic platform to inspire students to explore the limitless potential of innovation and entrepreneurship in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape. 

The workshop was led by Mr. Mohit Nagpal, CEO of Inclusive Technology Business Incubator - DST, UPES, who shared his extensive experience and knowledge of India’s vibrant startup ecosystem. Through engaging discussions and practical examples, Mr. Nagpal illuminated the crucial role of creativity, resilience, and strategic thinking in transforming ideas into successful ventures. 

Students gained valuable perspectives on identifying opportunities, building sustainable business models, and developing an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on innovation and adaptability. The interactive nature of the session encouraged active participation, prompting students to think critically, question conventions, and take calculated risks.
