FDP on Data Analysis and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using SPSS and AMOS Day 1

A three day FDP on "Data Analysis and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using SPSS and AMOS" was inaugurated today at School of Management, IMS Unison University. Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Gautam Sinha and Pro Vice Chancellor, Dr. Ravikesh Srivastava graced the occasion. The ceremony started with illumination of the lamp and invocation to Goddess Sarswati. Dr. Kalyani Rangarajan, Dean, School of Management welcomed the delegates and dignitaries and presented an overview of the program. The resource persons for Day -1 were Dr Hemraj Verma, Associate Professor and Head, Faculty of Management Studies, DIT University who took a session on Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), while the other resource person, Dr. Tarak Nath Shaw, Associate Professor, IMS Unison University created interest in topics like Regression, Correlation, Measurement and Scaling techniques. The sessions also provided hands on experience to the participants. Fifty-two participants, consisting of IUU School of Management (SoM) faculty besides faculty members and research scholars from fourteen different colleges and universities including IIT Roorkee are attending the FDP. ​The resource persons were greeted and felicitated by the Vice Chancellor​ and Pro Vice Chancellor.​ There was energetic participation and the day ended on an fervent note with participants enthusiastically looking forward ​to ​​sessions on Day 2.
