Flair Bar-Tending & Mixology session at SOHM

School of Hospitality Management conducted on 12/9/18 an open workshop on Flair Bartending and Mixology for hospitality students and culinary hobbyist on campus. The session was conducted by a renowned Bar Manager and Mixologist Mr Kuldeep Singh and his team.The workshop touched upon history of cocktails, Mixology basics and demonstration of bar drinks and bar flair skills. The session also sensitized budding hoteliers upon ethics and passion for the trade.
