    IMS Unison University’s jubilant 5th National Youth Parliament Competition, Rashtraniti came to a close today in the Valedictory ceremony embellished by Chief Guest Honorable Prof. Dr. Gurdip Singh, Chancellor, IMS Unison University. 

     

    The ecstatic Day 2 of this mega-event began with the ostentatious Sessions of respective committees on their respective topics of discussions. The delegates came up with extremely novel and onerous discussions and well researched facts. All the talented delegates participated in the sessions where they inexorably presented their views and perspectives with their skills and knowledge and victoriously advanced towards the winning titles of the competition. 

     

    The delegates showed perceptible mettle and vigor. The effervescent participants left no stone unturned as they sprinted on each other within genuity and inventiveness. The dynamic show of this intriguing session was filled with facts, proficient foreplay of arguments, profound knowledge of points and incidents. The entire 2 day competition witnessed everything from perseverance to skirmish.

     

    The exultant Sessions were followed by the Valedictory ceremony in which Prof.  Dr. Ram Nivas Sharma, Dean, School Of Law addressed the gathering with his enlightening words. Further, Mr. Harshit Agarwal, Convener, Rashtraniti-2019 presented the event report of the two day competition and expressed his gratitude to the presence of the Chief Guest and all the participants for adding sparkle to the event. 

     

    Dr. Ravikesh Srivastava,  Pro Vice-Chancellor,  IMS Unison University, further warmly welcomed the Chief Guest Honorable Prof. Dr. Gurdip Singh, Chancellor, IMS Unison University and participants on behalf of the University. He reiterated the fact clarity of thoughts and enormous knowledge is the pillar for achieving success and encouraged everyone for more and more participation in such events. 

     

    The keynote address was delivered by Honorable Prof. Dr. Gurdip Singh, Chancellor, IMS Unison University. He stated that the purpose of such discussions and arguments is to have a New India and a well-developed India. He focused on the youth participation and exclaimed that the voice of the youth to be the voice of the nation. He enlightened the evening with his motivational words to learn the Art of giving which will make India flourish in the field of Gross National Happiness. At last, he apprised, that No one is loser but winner because no matter what the results are, most important is to learn.

    The winners were awarded with beautiful trophies as a symbol of success, medals for appreciation and cash prize of Rs. 5000 to Best Delegate, Rs. 3000 to High Commendation, Rs. 2000 to Best Journalist and Rs. 2000 to Best Photographer.

     

    The Faculty Co-Convener Mr. Nikunj Singh Yadav , expressed thanks and gratitude to the sponsors, participants and the organizing team for successfully conducting this mega event. He invited all the participants to meet again in 2020 in the 6th edition of National Youth Parliament Competition at School of Law, IMS Unison University proposes to hold.

     

    The two- day event witnessed participation of around 150 delegates from reputed Universities and Colleges from all over the country including  Amity University,  Graphic Era, ICFAI law School, Dehradun, UPES, Karnavati University, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Doon International School, beside others.
