ONLINE WINE SERVICE DEMONSTRATIONS AT SOHM

The Food & Beverage Service training resumes for batches of the undergraduate and postgraduate program at the School of Hospitality Management.The online demonstration was streamed to the III rd semester students of the BHM program on "Service of wines". Mr. Shashi Kant, Assistant Professor-SOHM, demonstrated the basics of wine service. The session was on skill training of presenting the wine bottle, bottle opening techniques, and the service of wines.
