    SANDWICH SANGRAM

    School of Hospitality Management on it's Activity Day ,13/11/19, organized a mini- culinary competition amongst the inhouse hospitality students, to put to test their culinary expertise in "SANDWICH SANGRAM". All hospitality students participated in a small team of two students, pitted against each other to assemble the best sandwich with novelty fillings, plate presentation and taste.

    The mini - culinary competition was aimed at inculcating requisite skills in hospitality students to gear up for upcoming national level culinary competitions.  
    Honorable Vice Chancellor and Pro-Vice Chancellor were the Culinary Judges for the event. Contestants prepared the sandwiches from the basket of common ingredients provided. The students created interesting filling for traditional sandwiches.

    Team of students from BHM , first semester:  Mriduman Deka and Sapna Dimiri were the winners with their preparation of Tropical sandwich. Abid Ahmed and Deepak Mittal secured the second position in the competition with their preparation of Oatmeal and chicken sandwich.
