SOMC Organises Film Screening

As part of the curriculum to help students understand and appreciate filmmaking and movies, a film screening was organized by the School of Mass Communication in its premises on February 14.The film chosen for the screening was the 2019 American psychological thriller 'Joker', directed by Todd Phillips and starring Oscar winner Joaquin Phoenix. Students were directed to watch the film not only as an audience but also appreciate it as students of mass communication. Through this film, they understood the nuances of such alternate movies and were asked to appreciate and submit a review on the same. Overall, the activity was enjoyed by all.
