Great Indian Culinary Challenge -GICC held at SOHM, IUU

The Great Indian Culinary Challenge (GICC) was organized at School of Hospitality Management, on 27/11/19.It was an initiative by Express Food & Hospitality and IMS Unison University to showcase Indian culinary talent . This was a prestigious Culinary event for working Professionals and Hospitality students that has been hosted by Indian Express Media group in Tier I cities for the last 15 years.This year for the first time the event is being hosted in Tier-II cities across India.

 

School of Hospitality Management at IMS Unison University was  the venue partner of GICC. Renowned culinary curators for the event were Chef Micheal Swamy and Chef Gautam Chaudhary. Event was be marshalled by Chef Rahul Wali and Chef Abhay Chamoli.

 

Around 50 participants - Professionals and hospitality students from Dehradun, Mussoorie and Rishikesh competed in various categories of the regional and International cuisines singular dish preparations.
