Guest Lecture on the Topic New Dimensions in Criminal Justice Delivery System

The School of Law, IMS Unison University, Dehradun, organised a Guest Lecture on 24^th February 2020. The Guest Speaker Prof. J. K Malik is an eminent personality in the field of Legal Academia with a vast teaching experience of 36 years. He addressed the students on the topic "New Dimensions in Criminal Justice Delivery System" where he eloquently enlightened the students and the faculty members about the important provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code related to various stages of criminal case like Arrest, Investigation, Inquiry, Various kinds of Bail and their specific conditions, trial, etc. The lecture concluded with a healthy round of questions raised by the student body.
