The School of Law (SoL) stands as one of Northern India's rapidly growing law schools, committed to delivering exceptional legal education with an interdisciplinary approach. THE DEAN

Dr Amit Adlakha is a Professor in the School of Management at IMS Unison University, Dehradun. He is an alumnus of IIM Kashipur and has more than 25 years of Teaching, Research, and Administrative experience of having served on responsible positions in organizations of repute.

He is Ph.D., Executive MBA (IIM Kashipur), MBA, M.Sc. (Mathematics) and UGC (NET) qualified. His Doctoral Research Work was appreciated in the Education & Research Conference (EREC’10) at IIM, Indore. He has published more than 40 research papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals indexed in Scopus, Thomson Reuters, Web of Science, CABS (Chartered Association of Business Schools, United Kingdom), ABDC (Australian Business Deans Council), ProQuest, and UGC Care. He has noteworthy publications in high impact factor journals such as Government Information Quarterly (ABS-3*), Industrial Management and Data Systems (ABDC-A Category), International Journal of Bank Marketing (ABDC-A Category), Business Process Management Journal (ABDC-B Category), International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management (ABDC-B Category) and two Edited Books. He has attended and presented papers in national and international conferences and seminars organized by institutions of eminence. He was awarded the certificate for best presentation and most commendable paper by Emerald for the research paper titled, “Sustainability of a Supply Chain: A Conjoint Approach to Identify Sustainability Profiles of Indicators” at IMT, Ghaziabad. His teaching areas include Business Mathematics, Business Statistics, Business Research Methods, Strategic Management, Design Thinking & Innovation and Critical Problem Solving.

Dr. Adlakha has a impeccable research record having more than 600 Citations with an H-Index - 08 and i10-Index - 07. Under his guidance 4 Ph.D. scholars have so far successfully completed their Ph.D. thesis and more than 200 MBA students have completed their Dissertation. He had travelled extensively in India and abroad for cultural familiarization, and presenting research work in seminars and conferences.

The prestigious “Teacher of the Year-2022” Award was conferred upon him by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. He also received Education Leadership Award at the 27th Dewang Mehta National Education Awards in 2019 for his contribution in the field of Education.
