Special Guest Lecture on Bloom's Taxonomy

The Conference/Seminar/Workshop/Guest Lectures Committee of School of Law IMS Unison University, Dehradun organized Special Lecture for the faculty of IUU on Bloom's Taxonomy to develop and inculcate the strategies for the framing of questions. The Convener of the Committee Ms. Shalini Bahuguna introduced the subject. The lecture was delivered by Prof. R. N. Sharma, Dean-School of Law on September 24, 2019 at 03:30 P.M. in the Computer Lab, School of Law. In this lecture Prof. Sharma explained to the participating teachers from School of Law, School of Hospitality Management and School of Management, the techniques which are required for a teacher to access the learning outcome of the students. He explained that the questions should be framed keeping in view whether he wants to extract the answer from the students to text his knowledge, understating of the subject, and application of the learning objective to text analysis capability of the students, to evaluate his learning outcome and to text the creativity of the students. He explains that all the type of the questions should begin with the verbs in proper manner so that students can understand the question and answer them as asked. This lecture was attended by all the faculty from Law four from Hospitality Management and one from Management totaling to 19. Prof. Vinay Rana, Dean School of Hospitality Management also actively participated and addresses the faculty. The lecture was not only informative but was interacting one. All the participants actively participated by putting questions to the speaker.
