Waffle making workshop at SOHM

An open workshop on "Waffle Making" was organized at School of Hospitality Management on 8/9/18 to train hospitality students and hobbyist staff members in the art of making one of the most popular breakfast/ dessert preparation around the world. The workshop elaborated upon the origin of waffles, ideal recipe, technique and hands on practice session for students and on campus culinary hobbyist.
