    Prof. (Dr.) Vinay Rana has vast experience in Hospitality Industry, Academics, and Research, spanning over 25 years. He is a well-respected trainer in hospitality education and has established and developed various professional hospitality institutes in Northern India. He started his career in the capacity of the chef, and worked in various prestigious hotel properties, both, in India & overseas. As a passionate hospitality academician, he had been mentor and trainer for his students and has ensured highest quality arrangements in teaching, learning and student support system that has ensured students being transformed from potential to professionals.
  • Mr. Rahul Tiwari

    Mr. Rahul Tiwari received distinctive appreciation for his professional acumen at the Hotel ITC Maurya Luxury Collection New Delhi. Mr. Rahul has worked with some notable educational groups with core expertise in Accommodation Operation Management. He had been the principle trainer for various staff training programme for Indian Army, Punjab Police. He had conducted various innovative workshops & seminars in his Domain. He has presented three research papers in National & International conferences, attended various workshops & Faculty development programmes also.

    Mr. Amit Tariyal is a certified Instructor of American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute. His area of specialization is Food & Beverage Service and Mixology. He has worked with various international hotels including Shangri-La, New Delhi and many prestigious colleges in a senior position. He has two paper publications to his credit, presented Five research papers in national and international conferences, attended various workshops & faculty development programmes.
  • Mr. Abhay Chamoli

    Experience: 12 years
    Chef Abhay Chamoli has worked with eminent hotels and Michelin star chefs both in India and overseas, including, “The Oberoi Udaivillas”, “The Imperial New Delhi” “IHG Grand Seol” and Thailand. He specializes in European and Oriental Cuisine. Chef Chamoli academic engagements had been with various prestigious hospitality colleges in Uttarakhand, He has two research paper publications to his credit.

    Ms Kavita Rawat has worked with one of the “Leading Hotels of the World”, The Taj Mahal Palace and Towers, Mumbai, in Rooms Division Department. Her rich academic experience in prestigious institutes include Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad, Renaissance College of Hotel Management, Ramnagar and Amrapali Institute of Hotel Management, Haldwani, Uttarakhand. Her area of specialization in academics is Rooms Division Management. She has conducted workshops on grooming and etiquettes, personality development, business communication and towel origami. She has attended several FDPs as well.

    Dr. Don J Davis is from Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has been in India for almost 13 years. He studied most of his Ph.D in America and concluded in India. He travels extensively and lectures on varied topics - dealing on Leadership Management, Teamwork and inspiring people for entrepreneurship and love and service to God. He is the Founder-Operator of Taste of America, a Quick Service Restaurant and has done a very extensive study in coffee roasting. With his unique experience in coffee roasting, he is poised to bring out some of the best coffee in India. His thrust areas are in training are: Character Development and Personal Life Coaching that has helped many people personally, to excel in joyful living.

    Mr. Sukhwinder Singh Pasricha is a multilingual, dynamic training and development specialist with two decades of experience, carrying a postgraduate degree in Hospitality and alumnus of Oberoi Center for Learning & Development (OCLD). He has designed and delivered trainings all over India in a variation of industries in different areas and focus groups ranging from organizational to individual level. He has conducted trainings for development of soft skills which involve behavior improvement for efficiency and capacity building. Topics range from personal development, capacity and confidence building, conflict management (both intra-personnel and human-animal conflicts), stress and anger management, grooming and personal hygiene, public speaking, life-skill enhancement, creative thinking, professional skills development. Delivered trainings to Forest Department personnel on topics such as capacity building, human-animal conflicts, fire safety and prevention, life skills, to spoken language and attitude correction for forest watchers, guards and rangers in different areas around Uttarakhand while coordinating with senior officials. An amateur naturalist who understands the various flora and fauna around us and its importance to our lives and the future of the same that must be safeguarded with utmost priority.

He has started of his career from Hotel Hyatt, Pune as a Food and Beverage Associate. He has worked with the Landmark Group, UAE as a bartender. He attained his advance education from Flair-mania Institute, and through his passion, he has successfully achieved level 1and 2 from Wine Spirit Education Trust. As a connoisseur, he was co-founder of Wine Zone Media a digital platform on you-tube dedicated to bartending. He is the great skilled hand behind the bar and a charming personality ideal for customer service, other than this he has a certification as Dons of Tequila, National Finalist 2015, UAE. Mr. Jeet is a consummate. Bartender in love with his craft.

He has more than 16 years of work experience in 5 star hotels from India and abroad. His experience ranges from The Oberios Towers- Mumbai, Hotel blue Diamond- Pune, Haveli Resaturant- Mumbai, Leela Kempenski- Mumbai, Radisson, Mumbai and Delhi, Ramada- Dubai, Spice- Adelaide, Australia. Chef Rahul wali has a Graduate Diploma in Gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu, Adelaide, South Australia. He is a life Member of Indian Culinary Forum and life member of Chefs Association of Five Rivers in Punjab. He runs cooking classes for school kids and adults, gives lectures on healthy eating, writes a blog on food. He is avid supporter of "Slow food movement" and personally teach parents and kids not to have fast food. Being a dedicated trainer by nature, Chef Rahul Wali has constantly involved himself in developing and training many young talents through his experience.
