2nd CONSULTATION WORKSHOP ON LEGAL PROVISIONS

On 6^th February 2020, School of Law, IMS Unison University Dehradun IUU, participated in the 2^nd Consultation Workshop on Guidelines on Psycho-Social Care and Trauma Counselling (PSCTC) in Legal Provisions for Disaster affected communities, organized by Uttarakhand State Disaster Management Authority, Government of Uttarakhand at Uttarakhand Secretariat, Dehradun.

In the first meeting held on 24^th January 2020, School of Law, IUU, has been assigned with the task of preparing a draft of Legal provisions for the Disaster affected victims. 

School of Law, IUU, with the team effort of Ms. Shalini Bahuguna Bachheti, Assistant Professor of Law, Kanjani Sharma, Chaitali Jugran, Priyanshi Bansal, Astha Malik and  Rudra Pratap Pal, Students of School of Law, have prepared the draft to help victims of Disaster, assigned by the Uttarakhand State Disaster Management Authority, Government of Uttarakhand.

The team is working on further changes recommended by the Committee members in the meeting held on 6th February 2020.
