CPBFI Program in Collaboration with Bajaj Finserv

The School of Management and Liberal Arts at IMS Unison University has made a significant advancement in strengthening the integration between industry and academia with the launch of the Certificate Programme in Banking, Finance, and Insurance (CPBFI) in collaboration with Bajaj Finserv, held on October 3, 2025. 

The CPBFI programme is specifically designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, ensuring that students are ready for employment from day one. Through this initiative, BBA students will receive comprehensive exposure to the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. 

The launch event was attended by the Honorable Vice Chancellor, esteemed Deans, faculty members, and industry experts from TimesPro and Bajaj Finserv. They emphasized the increasing need for professionals who possess practical skills, financial literacy, and ethical understanding. 

The CPBFI curriculum focuses on key areas, including retail banking, financial planning, risk management, insurance operations, and customer relationship management. Students will also benefit from experiential learning modules, case studies, and industry-led workshops that will help them develop strong analytical and communication skills. 

This collaboration demonstrates IMS Unison University’s commitment to offering industry-aligned programs that enhance student competencies and open various career opportunities in the BFSI sector. The initiative not only empowers learners with professional certifications but also instills the confidence needed to thrive in competitive and rapidly evolving business environments.
