Extension Lecture by Mr. Sukhvinder Singh Pasricha

School of Hospitality Management (SoHM) and School of Management (SoM) jointly organized Extension Lecture on ' Employment- Readiness & Retention' by Mr. Sukhvinder Singh Pasricha - an alumnus of Oberoi Center for Learning & Development (OCLD) and Training & Development Specialist, on Wednesday, 6th February. The behavioral training lecture session was aimed at guiding the budding professionals on how to prepare themselves for the Job and it's retention. The special key areas covered were mental and physical preparedness, knowing the employment and developing right skill set and attitude to survive and retain job, in highly competitive environment. Dr Ravikesh Srivastva, Pro-Vice Chancellor, emphasized the value of developing behavioural skills for professional and personal development. The session was attended by students of Hospitality and Management streams. The session was highly informative and interactive.
