Faculty Development Program on Academic Writing and MOOCs

The School of Management at IMS Unison University organized a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Academic Writing and MOOCs from June 3-8, 2024. The program featured distinguished speakers, including Prof. M.R. Rao (Former Dean, ISB Hyderabad), Dr. Amiya Kumar Mohapatra (Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore), and Dr. Upinder Dhar (VC, Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya), who led engaging sessions on research ethics, systematic literature review, bibliometric analysis, qualitative research, and MOOCs. Faculty members actively participated in case-based teaching methodologies, fostering innovation in academic writing and blended learning. The FDP incorporated sustainability initiatives such as tree plantation drives, reinforcing environmental consciousness. The valedictory ceremony recognized notable contributions,followed by certificate distribution and a networking session. This transformative program enhanced faculty expertise, paving the way for impactful research and progressive teaching methodologies.
