Faculty Seminar on the topic "Social Contract, Constitution and Fundamental Rights"

School of Law, IMS Unison University, Dehradun, conducted Faculty Seminar on Friday, November 23, 2019. The topic of discussion was "Social Contract, Constitution and Fundamental Rights". The topic elaborated about the concept of establishment and formation of state.

The presenter Mr. Shekhar Kumar, Assistant Professor of Law, took forward the discussion and attempted to establish a correlation between social contract and constitution. The discussion took into account the time beyond law and perception of various jurists who attempted to put forth a theory with most plausible explanation and practical contemporary circumstances.
