GUEST LECTURE ON CLEANING SCIENCE AT SOHM

The School of Hospitality Management  organized an extension Guest Lecture on "Cleaning Science" on 29-1-2020. Mr Alok Joshi, Territory Manager -Uttarakhand for Diversey was the resource person for the Guest Lecture.The Lecture was interactive and covered the topics of cleaning science, maintenance of different types of floors and surface area, usage of cleaning chemicals and their precautions, new and innovative equipments used in cleaning of large public areas in the hotel industry.

The Guest Lecture from the industry resource provides most contemporary practices in the industry to the hospitality students.
