Intra Moot Court Competition 2025

The highly anticipated Intra Moot Court Competition 2025 at the School of Law, IMS Unison University, Dehradun, kicked off with an atmosphere of intellectual rigor and spirited advocacy. The event featured intense arguments, persuasive submissions, and exemplary courtroom demeanor, as participants showcased their legal knowledge and confidence before the judges. 

The campus was enlivened by a vibrant courtroom ambiance, where aspiring advocates engaged with a thought-provoking moot proposition based on the Bharatvarsh Cyber Security and Monitoring Act, 2025. They explored complex issues related to cyber surveillance and privacy rights. The competition assessed students' research abilities, analytical thinking, and articulation skills, providing them with practical insights into the intricacies of legal practice. 

Over the course of two days, the event not only enhanced students’ advocacy skills but also demonstrated the University’s commitment to experiential learning and professional excellence. It was a true celebration of the principles of justice, innovation, and intellectual growth that define the ethos of IMS Unison University.
