The School of Law at IMS Unison University proudly hosted the launch of the book titled "Labour Rights in India – Contemporary Issues, Challenges and Future." The book was compiled and edited by Dr. Ramesh Kumar Prajapati, Assistant Professor, along with two co-editors. This publication brings together contemporary perspectives on labor jurisprudence, focusing on the evolving challenges and future of workers' rights in India.
The ceremony was attended by Prof. (Dr.) Anil Subbarao Paila, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, and Dr. Anitha Ramachander, Pro Vice Chancellor, both of whom commended the editors for their valuable contributions to legal research and policy dialogue. Their remarks emphasized the importance of scholarly work that addresses the current realities of labor and informs meaningful reform.
