On 23rd May 2025, IMS Unison University successfully hosted a high-impact Management Development Program (MDP) on the theme: “New Leadership Approach for Effectiveness in the Fast-Changing World.” The program brought together senior professionals and executives from leading organizations to explore the evolving dynamics of leadership in modern business environments.

The session was led by esteemed Leadership and Organization Development Consultant, Mr. Subhash Khare, whose decades of experience provided participants with valuable insights into adaptive leadership, emotional intelligence, and managing organizational change in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
