National Media Fest 2K18

The National Media Fest 2K18 organized by the School of Mass Communication, IUU began with the stupendous support of students and faculty on November 29 & 30, 2018. Students from Himgiri Zee University, Dev Sankriti Vishwavidyalaya, Mangalmay Institute of Management and Technology and other departments of IMS Unison University participated with vibrant energy, enthusiasm and creativity. The Fest began with the inauguration of the Photo Exhibition put up by the students of SOMC, by the Chancellor Dr. Gurdeep Singh. The Fest then progressed with various competitions like Documentary/ Short Film making, RJ Hunt, Anchoring, News writing and Photography. The various competitions were judged by eminent personalities from media industry. During the two-day Fest the participants showcased their skills which were appreciated and applauded by all. The Fest concluded with a valedictory ceremony where the prizes were distributed to the winners and their teams.
