National Study Tour to Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty

As an experiential learning, the students of MBA Trimester III were taken for an educational tour to Bangalore-Ooty-Mysore from 30th March 2019 to 7th April 2019.During the tour, the students were taken on a campus visit to Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), where they learnt the history of IIMB and interacted with faculty members and placement coordinators. The students also visited Wondela amusement park and Lal Bagh Botanical Garden at Bangalore. During the visit to Mysore, they were exposed to the grandeur of Mysore palace, besides government owned Karanataka Silk Industries Corporation where they were exposed to the process of manufacturing of the famous Mysore Silk Sarees. The famous Vrindavan gardens at Mysore where many Bollywood dances of an earlier era were shot, mesmerized the students. During the visit to Dodabetta peak, the students had a telescopic view of the beautiful city of Ooty and the trip to Ooty Lake was a fun-filled experience for the students.
