ONLINE FOOD & BEVERAGE ONLINE DEMONSTRATION SESSION OF QUESADILLA & DARK RUM BASED COCKTAILS @ SOHM

The Food & Beverage online demonstration session was conducted for BHM program students at School of Hospitality Management for demonstration of Quesadillas and Dark Rum, based cocktails. The Dark Rum based cocktails prepared today were- Planters Punch and Black Daiquiri.

Planter's punch is a classic rum drink that first appeared in print in a 1908 edition of The New York Times. Quesadilla literally means 'small cheese thing'. It is a Mexican classic consisting of a wheat or corn tortilla that is covered with cheese and other tasty toppings, folded in half, then baked on both sides in a pan.
