The School of Hospitality Management at IMS Unison University recently hosted a captivating Pasta Making Workshop, providing students and faculty with a hands-on culinary experience. This session allowed participants to delve into the fundamentals of crafting authentic pasta from scratch, emphasizing the importance of technique, creativity, and teamwork.
Under the expert guidance of Chef Devashish Pandey and Mr. Rajesh Kumar, attendees learned essential skills such as dough preparation, shaping techniques, and cooking methods. They prepared a variety of delicious dishes, including Whole Wheat Penne with Alfredo Sauce, Spaghetti Bolognese, Handmade Fettuccine, and soft, pillowy Gnocchi—each dish highlighting the art of fresh pasta making.
