    Special Workshop on "Modern French Pastry"

    School of Hospitality Management on it's activity day on 18/9/19 conducted a special workshop on "Modern French Pastry" by Chef Juhi Chugh- Pastry Chef- Enchante Luxury Patissierie, New Delhi.

    The session showcased the modern and contemperory techniques and artwork in  assembling of luxury patissierie item " Petit  Antoine." The technique training ranged from praline mix, tempering of chocolate, preparation of Ganache, Dacquoise sponge and decorating of "Petite Antoine".
