    Valedictory Ceremony of "National Seminar" organised by SOL

    IMS Unison University’s National Seminar, 2019 came to a close today in the Valedictory ceremony embellished by Chief Guest Prof. (Dr.) Amar Pal Singh, Head- legal studies, RMNLU, Lucknow .

     

    The ecstatic two day event witnessed 4 technical sessions and a Skype session, which incorporated intricate recounting of diversified issues such as Zero Plastic policy, Sustainable Development, Contribution of educational institutions in environmental protection etc.

     

    The effervescent sessions heeded esoteric questions of the chairs which kept the participants on the ball as they prudently faced every logistic and exigency. The dynamic show of these intriguing sessions was filled with facts, proficient foreplay of arguments, profound knowledge of law points, landmark case laws. 

     

    The exultant end session was followed by the Valedictory ceremony in which Dean school of law Prof. R. N. Sharma, IMS Unison University warmly welcomed the Chief Guest Prof. (Dr.) Amar Pal Singh, Head-legal studies, Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University, Lucknow and participants on behalf of the University. He reiterated the necessity of law in articulating the entire environmental framework for the society and importance of litigation in balancing the providence of environmental justice.

     

    The welcome address was preceded by a concise and vivacious account of the entire event, by Convener of the National Seminar, 2019 Ms. Shalini Bachetti. She acquainted an intricate analysis all of technical sessions and gave an insight of the key issues discussed during the two day conference.

     

    The key note address was delivered by Chief Guest Prof. (Dr.) Amar Pal Singh, head-legal studies, Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University. In his euphoric declamation, he reprised the importance of role of politics and economics in the environment where the economics and politics support the environment not control it. He epitomized the significance of environment protection from the perspective of Vedas where the Earth was considered as mother and humans as it’s children. 

     

    The event concluded with the award ceremony incorporating the best papers in the 7 technical sessions.
