Whiskyology at SOHM

School of Hospitality Management organized a specialist technical workshop on “Whiskyology "on 27-3-19. Mr Jeet Verma was the resource person for the workshop, who is a renowned and established name in bar-tending domain and is Head –bartender with Masti Cocktails and Cuisines, Dubai. This technical workshop was attended by Hospitality students from various institutes in Dehradun, Connoisseurs and hobbyists. First session of workshop was a technical journey on the making of finest whiskies around the world including Irish, Scotch, Canadian, American and new craft whiskies. The second Technical session was practical session based on understanding the characteristic of whisky and preparation whisky based signature cocktails followed by Quiz and Q/A session.
