Design Your Dreams

"Design Your Dream" was an engaging and thought-provoking event organised on 14th September, 2024, where management students showcased their creativity by designing their own dream companies with innovative and forward-thinking HR policies. It provided a platform for students to apply theoretical knowledge to practical, futuristic business scenarios. The activity aimed to inspire future leaders to build inclusive, people-centric workplaces that are aligned with modern organizational values and long-term success. The event saw enthusiastic participation from 20 individuals. The following individuals Mr. Himanshu Bhatt, Ms. Sakshi Dhyani, Ms. Priyanshi Bisht, and Ms. Akriti Sinha were declared winners of the event.
