    Dr. Sunita Bhola is a senior academic in English Language and Literature. She holds an M.A. in English and a Ph.D., with strong engagement in teaching and research. Dr. Bhola has contributed to the academic community through 20 research publications and has successfully guided four research scholars, further strengthening her role as a mentor and academic leader. Her work reflects a deep commitment to mentoring, engaging pedagogy, and excellence in literary studies.

Her academic work focuses on analysing economic inequalities, gender-based development issues, and inclusive growth. Her profile reflects a strong commitment to interdisciplinary scholarship and socially responsive economics education.

  • Dr. Swikriti Sanyal

    Dr. Swikriti Sanyal has completed her Ph.D. in English from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences. Her thesis explores the intersection of disability, identity, and life-writing in contemporary women’s memoirs on mental health. Prior to this, she completed her M.Phil. in English and qualified for the UGC-NET for Lectureship. She brings over two years of university-level teaching experience. She has taught English Literature and Communicative English at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels including several NPTEL online courses. She has also worked as a Project Associate at The Accessibility Research Centre (IIT Madras) towards making academic disciplines and spaces accessible to persons with disabilities as well as raise awareness about the importance of challenging ableism and seeking disability justice.

  • Dr. Ayushi Thalwal

    Dr. Ayushi Thalwal is a political scientist specializing in environmental politics, public policy, and social movements, with a strong interdisciplinary orientation toward sustainability and democratic participation. She completed her Ph.D. in Political Science from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar (Uttarakhand), where her doctoral research examined the role of economic incentives in shaping environmental movements, with particular reference to the Tehri Dam and Naini Lake cases. She qualified the UGC NET in Political Science in 2019 and her work has been published in several UGC CARE-listed peer-reviewed journals. She has presented research papers at national and international academic platforms, including conferences organized by the Asia-Pacific Peace Research Association (Sri Lanka), the Indian Political Science Association, and Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University. Her teaching interests include political theory, public policy, environmental politics, and research methodology. Dr. Thalwal is committed to advancing critical, policy-relevant research and fostering engaged learning that connects academic inquiry with contemporary social and environmental challenges.

  • Dr. Aparna Ros

    Dr. Aparna Ros has got her Ph.D. in English from the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Her research operates at the intersections of literary, visual, and material cultures of the postcolonial region with an emphasis on relationality and figurations.  Her doctoral thesis was on the poetics of subject-object entanglements in the domestic architectural writings of twentieth century Malayalam.  She also did an M.Phil. in Roberto Bolaño’s literary fiction and is a recipient of UGC Junior Research Fellowship. After serving as a Research Associate in IIT Bombay, Ros takes keen interest to develop modes of reading that recuperate situated histories by foregrounding the hidden relations between subjectivity, place, and things.

    Dr. Anuradha Nautiyal is an educator, psychologist, and emerging academic leader. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Hyderabad, along with a PGDRPC, MA, and BA (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Delhi. She has cleared UGC-NET JRF and GATE and has published and presented papers at national and international platforms. Her expertise spans developmental and social psychology, rehabilitation counselling, therapeutic interventions, and mental health. Her teaching experience ranges from private universities to national-level MOOCs, marked by interdisciplinary subject expertise and student-centric pedagogy.

  • Dr. Abdul Azim Akhtar

    Dr. Abdul Azim Akhtar is an academic and researcher with more than 18 years of varied experience in academics, research, projects, social sector and media. He was Asst. Professor - History in M G College, SGT University, and Glocal University. He worked for the Shiv Nadar Foundation (SNF)on the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art & project. He was associated with the Indian Council of Historical Research as Researcher, on the Martyrs Project. His areas of interests are Legal History, Regional History, Art History, Subaltern Studies, Tribals, Minorities, Comparative Religion, Conflict management, Peace Studies.

  • Ms. Tanvi Gulati

    Ms. Tanvi Gulati is a UGC-NET JRF-qualified researcher currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Management from Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh. She holds an M.Com. (Hons.) from University Business School and a B.Com. (Economics Hons.) from Panjab University, securing University Position in both degrees. Her research interests include Digital Finance, FinTech, Sustainable Digital Finance, and Digital Financial Inclusion. She has published research papers in reputed international journals and presented her work at national and international conferences. Her teaching interests include Financial Management, Business Economics, Digital Finance, and Research Methodology.
