State of the art labs

The School of Hospitality Management, IMS Unison University has internationally designed laboratories that are equipped with state of the art hobs and equipments. All labs are Air Conditioned and equipped with service lift.

Front office Training lab and Back Office Training Lab

The Front Office lab is meticulously designed like a hotel lobby with training reception counters, bell desk, bellhop trolleys and grooming sections. Back Office Training Lab has state of the art computer stations with pre-installed hotel training software.

Food Production labs

The school has Training Kitchen labs and a demonstration kitchen studio with extended sections. Basic kitchen have fully equipped work stations with individual sink and tables. The kitchen lab has unique “Japanese Tepanyaki Grill”. Advance Training Kitchen has workstations, hot plates and ultra modern food preparation equipments at par with deluxe star category hotels.

The Demonstration Studio is designed to carry out cookery demonstrations and shoot of cookery shows. Demonstration studio is equipped with latest cooking equipments and Camera to covers live cooking session

Food & Beverage Services Lab

The School offers tastefully appointed Basic Training Restaurant with Mock room service section and an Advance Training Restaurant with state of the art training bar and aesthetically designed buffet counter.

Training bar and Mock Room Service

The School boasts of international designed training bar which is equipped with wine coolers, bar coolers, Ice machine, Glass frosting machine, dish washing machine, cocktail rail station to provide avenue of best bar training.
The School boasts of an excellent mock room service lab which has room service order taking station along with set of room service trolleys and equipments to provide realistic room service training.

Bakery and Patisserie Lab

This is the place where student learn to bake cakes, breads and pastries. They also learn to make chocolates, puddings and other exotic desserts. The Patisserie section is air conditioned with machines like dough sheeter and vertical cooling units designed especially for cold dessert preparations.

House-Keeping labs

Entire floor is dedicated to sprawling housekeeping lab sections, which boast of tastefully curated four mock guest room. The lab has bed making training sections and florist room. The laundry sections, linen room and housekeeping store are intricately designed like hotel facility. The lab has bed making training sections and florist room.
