Administrative, Support and Technical Requirements

At the University, our teaching staff and students closely collaborate with various departments and roles. These encompass Examinations, Library services, the University Academic Cell, and significant roles in Catering and Domestic Services spread across the University site. Additionally, support departments and roles include Admission, IT, Maintenance, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Development, Events, and Administration/Secretarial functions.

·         Ph.D. with consistent first-class grades in Xth, XIIth, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate studies in the relevant discipline is required.

·         NET qualification or its equivalent, following UGC guidelines in the relevant discipline, is mandatory.

·         A minimum of 10 years experience in Teaching, Industry, Research organisations, or in a managerial role, excluding the research degree pursuit time, with a minimum of 3 years experience at the Associate Professor level. Additionally, candidates should have successfully supervised or co-supervised at least 2 PhD candidates or have a minimum of 10 research publications in Refereed Indexed Journals at the Associate Professor level.

This role involves overseeing and directing all aspects of Indian & International student’s admissions processes to ensure the University attracts a diverse and qualified pool of students.

Responsibilities:

1.      Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive admission strategy aligned with the University’s overall enrollment goals and mission.
    • Analyse domestic & international student enrollment trends, market research, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Set measurable objectives for admissions, and monitor progress toward achieving those goals.

2.      Team Leadership:

    • Lead a team of admissions professionals dedicated to student’s admissions.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes effective communication and teamwork.

3.      Partnerships and Collaborations:

    • Collaborate with academic departments, marketing teams, and other relevant stakeholders to develop compelling marketing materials and strategies for domestic & international audiences.

4.      Admissions Process Management:

    • Oversee the entire admissions process for Domestic & International applicants, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and adherence to relevant policies and regulations.
    • Implement technology solutions to streamline application processing and communication with prospective students.

5.      Student Outreach and Engagement:

    • Develop and execute engagement strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
    • Represent the institution at Domestic fairs and events to promote programs and build relationships.

6.      Data Analysis and Reporting:
